This small book is a bird’s-eye view and commentary of America’s year long 200th Anniversary celebration. It is set in Concord, Massachusetts where the revolution began at the Old North Bridge. Sandy Macone, a Concord historian, returned from California as an honored guest of his hometown. He borrowed a miniature Minox camera that he carried about during the celebration. The events he recorded (including his arrest for a parking ticket that had "gone to warrant”) were compiled in the following book as a gift to Dan Beach, his host and dear friend. |
